By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately at admin@jolloff.app if you suspect unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms or misuse of the Services.

Certain Services may include paid features or transactions, such as creator tips or premium tools. Payments are processed by third-party partners, and additional terms may apply. All purchases are final except where required by law. We may update pricing or discontinue offerings with notice where feasible.
The Services, including software, design, trademarks, and branding, are owned by Jolloff App or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Services without our prior written consent.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at our discretion, including when we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law. You may stop using the Services at any time. Upon termination, certain provisions of these Terms will continue to apply, including those relating to intellectual property and liability limits.

To the extent permitted by law, Jolloff App and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Services.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jolloff App, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of or related to your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Jolloff App is headquartered, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to resolve any disputes through binding arbitration on an individual basis, except where prohibited by law. You waive the right to participate in class actions or class-wide arbitration.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice, such as by email or posting within the Services. Your continued use after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
